The tentative schedule is set for the 2019 Road Rally season.
Starting locations and specific details will be posted and advertised as they become available. Meanwhile mark your calendars and save the dates. This year we are offering discounts to participants that participate in both solo and rally events. Details will be posted as they are solidified.
The schedule for the 2019 Great Lakes Division race program has been finalized. Regional/Divisional races will be as follows:

Consider attending one or more of these events to support the racers and have a great time doing it. If you have any questions about volunteer positions, let me know and I’ll hook you up. I go to all of these events.
Most importantly, please come support Cincinnati Region by participating in the PDX (Track Event) and putting your car on the Mid Ohio track on Friday, August 2. Then stay to work for the weekend and receive a rebate on your PDX entry fee. There are big jobs and less demanding jobs – every single one is important to a successful event.
Race Committee meetings are open to anyone with suggestions, or those who would just like to learn more about the road racing program. We meet at 7pm on the second Tuesday of the month. We have moved our February meeting to Uno’s off Mulhauser Road in West Chester. Let me know if you would like to attend.

Thank you to all of you that made it to our last Cincinnati SCCA Board & Member Meeting last month! We had a great turnout and learned a lot about what our needs are as an organization to have a great monthly meeting.
As you may recall, for 2019 due to renovation maintenance going on this winter at our “usual meeting place” of the Mill Race Center and the rising costs of rental, we are trying out some new locations for our monthly stated meetings to work around dates that we will still have at Mill Race.
I’m very excited to announce that our February Board & Member Meeting on February 19th at 7pm will be at MAC’S PIZZA PUB (UPSTAIRS ROOM)-WOOSTER PIKE LOCATION. The address is 6309 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45227. They have a great room UPSTAIRS for us and plenty of parking behind the building and directly across the street. We will have complimentary soda and snacks and there will be a cash bar available as well. Look forward to seeing everyone at our next meeting at MAC’S on 2/19/19 as we talk about the upcoming Division Spring Training meeting and our rapidly approaching 2019 season!

If you are one of the 2018 Championship Trophy winners, and did not register on time (the registration has closed) for Annual Award Banquet, you can still come out to try on the jackets (one of the trophy options) for sizing. We have to submit final orders by Feb 6, so if you haven’t emailed Kent and gotten a confirmation email your trophy will be the embroidered duffel/sport bag.
*I have to check prices, may be able to order an embroidered bag or jacket in addition to your trophy or even if you didn’t get a trophy.

Registration is OPEN for the Annual Awards Banquet!! New venue this year – Receptions Event Center in Fairfield.
Saturday, February 2 starting at 6 PM with appetizers and cash bar; buffet dinner, door prizes, and awards to follow. $30 per adult (9 and up), $15 for kids ages 4-8, 3 and under are free.
Registration closes Tuesday, January 22. Register by January 19 and receive DOUBLE door prize entries. Please register even if you are only coming for the awards portion of the evening. Late and walk up dinner registration will be extremely limited so PLEASE REGISTER PROMPTLY. Don’t miss out!
